Join Players Sport & Social Group for the 2015 Spring Swing Softball Tournament on Saturday April 11th, 2015 at the Waveland Fields. This is a one day tournament using our Championship & Consolation bracket format which guarantees each team 2 games (umpire included). We will award CASH prizes for the Competitive divisions (based on number of entries) and PSSG championship fleeces for the Recreational divisions. Each game is 6 innings or 45 minutes. Nearby North Avenue Fields would be used as a secondary location to accommodate more teams.
Head to the official tournament after-party at Irish Oak in Wrigleyville to enjoy $5 Bud Light stadium cups, $3 SoCo Lime shots & $6 Pretzels!
The payment deadline is 4/9. Captains only need to pay a $20 non-refundable deposit until that point & can use Team Payer to have their teammates pay us directly. Any remaining balance would be charged to the captain's card the next morning.

Great people and great vibes. If you're looking to get out and meet some people while having fun then Players Sports is for you. There are leagues and tournaments for a bunch of different sports. They run them for all skill levels and you get cool shirts if you win. Also a lot of free promos - they give out a lot of energy drinks and other stuff. Overall, very fun and very friendly environment.
Players is awesome for adult sports leagues! Something for everyone and always a great time! Always meeting new people and joining in on different events.
I have been playing with Players Sports Volleyball leagues and tournaments for years now and love it! They always provide a competitive atmosphere while displaying sportsmanship throughout the entire time. I have signed up with teams, I have also signed up by myself and been placed on a team which have turned into friendships and continued participation. I highly recommend Players Sport Social for competitive volleyball and all sports!
