Skills and Drills 201 is for the intermediate/advanced player that wants to learn and improve their passing, setting and spiking fundamentals in a relaxed and fun setting. This class is designed for players who have taken the 101 class already or come in with an intermediate level skill set.

Saturday is the only ticketed day — everyone attending, including spectators 21 and older, must purchase a Spectator Pass ($20, $30 after 8/31) to enter. This pass includes entry to the event, open volleyball and drinks all day. Friday and Sunday are free to watch — no ticket required.
Your entry fee includes the tournament plus wristbands (one per rostered player) for a package that includes beer/seltzer and live DJ music from the Players Party Pen all day. Drink wristbands are for rostered players 21+; drinks are served 11 AM–5 PM for volleyball/cornhole and 10:30 AM–5 PM for kickball. Food is available for purchase on site from food truck vendors. Teams with extra players can add and pay for them at checkout — everyone who plays or drinks must pay.
Individual registration is available for Coed 6's FUN, Coed 4's B/Rec, Women's 3's BB/B, and Men's 3's BB/B divisions. Players get placed on a team with other players or small groups, and can request to play with friends who also sign up as individuals. Players are responsible for their own individual fee. I have really enjoyed my experience so far, it's a super fun way to meet new people in the city! Definitely recommend for anyone new to Chicago or just looking to meet people in general!!
I’ve been playing in Players volleyball tournaments and leagues for the last 10 years and am always so impressed. They are beyond organized with their tournaments, are super responsive and attract great competition. 11/10 stars!!
Great people and great vibes. If you're looking to get out and meet some people while having fun then Players Sports is for you. There are leagues and tournaments for a bunch of different sports. They run them for all skill levels and you get cool shirts if you win. Also a lot of free promos - they give out a lot of energy drinks and other stuff. Overall, very fun and very friendly environment.
Players is awesome for adult sports leagues! Something for everyone and always a great time! Always meeting new people and joining in on different events.
I have been playing with Players Sports Volleyball leagues and tournaments for years now and love it! They always provide a competitive atmosphere while displaying sportsmanship throughout the entire time. I have signed up with teams, I have also signed up by myself and been placed on a team which have turned into friendships and continued participation. I highly recommend Players Sport Social for competitive volleyball and all sports!
