We’re always excited to add enthusiastic, people-focused personalities to the Players Sport & Social Group team. If you enjoy sports, thrive in social settings, and love connecting with new people, this role could be a great match. Our top priority is creating a positive, fun experience for our players. We focus on keeping leagues organized and welcoming, where the emphasis is on community and enjoyment rather than intense competition. Most participants are simply looking to stay active, meet new friends, and have a good time.
 

Across all positions, we’re looking for confident, upbeat individuals with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking up, making clear calls when needed, and handling questions or disagreements professionally and calmly. A friendly attitude, clear communication, and the ability to lead with confidence are key to success in this role.

 

The most common months to hire officials for each sport are below:

 

  • Softball - March-August
  • Kickball - March-August
  • Basketball - December-February
  • Indoor Volleyball - September-February
  • Outdoor/Beach Volleyball - April-September
  • Soccer - March-September
  • Dodgeball - September-February
  • Football - March-September
  • Pickleball - All Year Round

 

Applicant Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transportation to transport league gear and arrive to leagues on time
  • Must have a smart phone with data access
  • Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs of equipment
  • Good knowledge of general rules of the sport you want to work, if no prior officiating experience.

 

*Pay depends on experience, sport, and job duties. Generally $16-25/hour.*
