They're baaaackk!
Block You Like A Hurricane is back for another set of Beach Volleyball and kept up with their winning ways. This team brings some great volleyball every night and definitely provides the "fun" aspect of the league. Tonight Chris took the honor of the Player of the Week from his stellar defense and sand eating dives. The digs were spot on but showing he had some great offensive skills put him above and beyond everyone else tonight. Great job Chris!

Ryan Trumbo from Super Troopers definitely deserves the player of the week with the volleyball skills he brings to the beach. You kind of want to stick around and watch the game to see if he at least lets one ball go easy. Great job Ryan, I am sure your teammates agree that you're a great asset to the team!

Attention Underdog volleyball players! The key to your success is to keep the ball away from Kelli at all cost! No really... she can handle anything.
An impressive outing from Kelli tonight from the 509 Block Party as she went down to dig multiple hard driven attacks from Serves You Right. But she didn't just rescue a point, Kelli popped the ball up perfectly to the setter to smash some spikes of their own. It's like everything was moving in slow motion for Kelli as the game is just second nature to her. Amazing job tonight Kelli!
