Its always great to see returning faces at Underdog. Long time Fernwood team Sets on the Beach took a season off after their last championship, but they are back and ready for some more volleyball. A fun team to watch and play against, Sets on the Beach wont let you get a win easily. They are a tough, scrappy team who come to win! But they always have the best time doing it. Welcome back Sets!

Roseann Olaughlin

Always working hard!

The Chewblockas have a special player on their hands with Roseann Olaughlin. She is one of the hardest working Underdoger's. She helps her team week in and week out by diving for all the balls that come her way and keeping consistent serves. Roseann is the first to give credit where it is due and deserves just as much in return. Way to go Roseann and all of the Chewblockas!

Who Gives a Hits always comes ready to play but tonight their leader was there extra early and ready to get the night started. Ben A. was there to help set up and get the night going. Bump n' Grind

Amy from Bump n Grind is our player of the week because of her great attitude, most adorable cheerleader, and for being part of a great team! She was fighting a little sickness, but still showed up for her team in their win over Notorious D.I.G. She kept up her energy the whole game, making the effort to get to loose balls, and keep her team's enthusiasm up. It didn't hurt that she brought her baby, which kept everyone from hitting balls into the bleachers, and focused them on the court. Great game, Amy and Bump n Grind!

Sticking With It

This week it wasn't just one person who made a standout impression, it was the whole Batman Team. This week they walked away with their first game win of the season. 8 Great people who didn't know eachother 7 weeks ago put together a great win at the end of the night last night! This team has gotten a little better each week and this week they proved it walking away with a game win. These past couple weeks they have looked like they have been playing together for a while. Great work this week Batman.

March is the season for Upsets, so I cant wait to see what this team can do in the playoffs! Good Luck Batman!

In a close match with The Ungovernaballs, Who Gives a Hit came out victorious! It was with the help of this weeks Player of the Week, Chris F. It was an amazing match by everyone on the court but Chris stood out by not letting a ball drop near him without the best effort possible. And if it did drop, you bet he followed it all the way to the line to make sure it was out! Great hustle this week Chris and the ENTIRE team of Who Gives a Hit. Congratlations Chris!
