Beach Skills & Drills 101 - Beginner

Program Description: Improve your volleyball skills and stay fit with 60 minutes of instruction and drills in setting, passing, serving and spiking. You will learn and develop the skills to play games on the beach in a relaxed and fun co-ed volleyball class. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and groups that help each student reach a new level. All students will receive a 6-point evaluation. Instructors organize games at the end of each class. If you have never played before or haven't played in a few years, this is the class for you!
Beach Skills & Drills 201 - Intermediate

Program Description: Improve your volleyball skills and stay fit with 60 minutes of high-intensity drills in setting, passing, serving, spiking, defense, and game strategy. This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced player to develop and hone their beach skill set in an extremely fun coed class. Our EVP instructors are great at helping to tailor classes towards what students want to improve upon. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.
Beach Spiking 201 - Specialty
early summer: 5 weeks, 1 session per week, 60 min per week

Program Description: Spiking 201 is for upper intermediate to advanced players who wish to learn proper arm swing, footwork, and jumping technique. Class drills keep players focused on reach and power while plyo-metric training enhances vertical jump and game performance. The 3-step approach will be taught along with transition spiking.
Master of Doubles - Specialty
summer: 8 weeks, 1 session per week, 60 min per week
Program Description: The Master of Doubles class is for the player with at least 2 years of volleyball skills training who wishes to compete in 2 on 2 tournaments. You will begin to learn a new game! You will be taught how to pass, set and spike beach style. The lesson plan is made to give you a workout in the sand. You will learn the X Theory which improves court speed and how to beach dig and gator pass.
